We have the know-how, but we are missing a proactive, driven Polish speaker. Our mission is to secure a portion of the Polish market for a group lawsuit against DAF dealers involved in cartel activities that have adversely affected individual consumers.

Your Role: We are seeking a Polish speaker to join our team of business and project managers. This role is crucial for engaging with potential clients and driving our mission forward through direct and indirect sales, marketing activities, and front-office operations. Your charm, wit, and entrepreneurial spirit will be key to our success.

Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients and potential clients to grow our market share in Poland. Facilitate communication between clients and our legal team to ensure clarity and understanding of our services. Manage front office duties, including client inquiries and administrative support. Collaborate closely with the Project Managers and Back Office Manager to align sales strategies and operational procedures.

Requirements:
Must have:
Proficiency in Polish (C2 level). Good command of English (B2-C1 level). Extroverted personality with strong communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in sales or is business development.

Nice to have:
Background in legal, economic, or logistics sectors. Knowledge of the Czech language.

Opportunities for Growth:
Potential to become a Project Manager for Polish cases/markets. Continuous learning in legal financing, sales strategies, and client management.

Benefits and Compensation:
Fixed salary and performance-based bonuses for each new acquisition (truck). For example, if you bring a new client with a portfolio of 100 trucks, you get up to 2.000 EUR in bonuses (depending on a fixed fee).
