About the Role: As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and building relationships with our clients and potential clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to them via phone or email, providing support, and ensuring their needs are met. This role is ideal for students, parents on parental leave, or anyone seeking flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients and potential clients by phone and email.
Provide information and support to help clients with their legal claims.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Participate in training and guidance sessions provided by the company.

Requirements:
Proficiency in spoken and written German (C1 level minimum).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
Availability to start immediately.
