Our growing team is in need of a senior legal expert to manage increased demand for legal insights across contracts, due diligence, and corporate governance. This role is crucial as we tackle new partnerships, investment opportunities, and ensure strong corporate compliance. 

How this role fits into ur goals? 
By bringing on an experienced Internal Lawyer, we aim to strengthen our legal foundation and support strategic growth with proactive legal oversight. With the right person, we’ll be able to streamline our contract processes and provide timely assessments for potential investments, ultimately driving efficiency and protecting our business interests. 

Once this role is filled, we anticipate quicker, more seamless contract reviews, and clearer, well-documented investment analyses that align with our strategic direction. 

Responsibilities 
We are looking for someone with solid experience in contract law, due diligence, and investment analysis. This can be your responsibilities, but we are flexible and we can adjust JD up to your skills and preferences. 

• Contract Review & Documentation: oversee and prepare contractual documentation, working closely with finance and acquisition partners. 

• Investment Assessments: conduct thorough analysis of financing offers, completing assessments for the investment committee. 

• Corporate Governance: handle the corporate agenda, including board meeting minutes, shareholder records, and related internal documentation. 
   
  

Who we are looking for?  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal practice, particularly in due diligence, contractual law, competition law, and corporate governance. 

• Strong English proficiency for both internal and legal communications. 

• nice to have – knowledge or experience in competition law. 

• Communicative person and team player who can easily integrate into our dynamic environment. 

• A professional demeanor with a casual, approachable side – someone who values collaboration and isn’t overly formal.

• Flexibility: we have very flexible working hours and possibility work from home, but we would like to meet you at least twice per week in our office (Hybernská street)
