Investment Fund Project Manager for URF
After more than five years on the market, we have taken on over twenty major cases, including disputes involving companies such as Apple, Microsoft, Facebook, and Wirecard. We are transforming litigation funding in Europe, helping make the legal system more accessible and fair. To support the continued growth of our investment team, we are now looking for a new colleague.
Our new Project Lead will take the reins of our investment activities. If you’re someone who knows the ins and outs of managing investment operations, can build and lead teams, and has a track record of hitting growth targets in finance or investments, we are pretty interested to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Launching new sub-funds that focus on real estate or venture capital investments.
- Growing our assets under management (AUM)—you’ll be responsible for taking our numbers to the next level.
- Building relationships with key investors, like EIB, EIF, and IFC, to secure funding and partnerships.
- Leading a talented team to make sure milestones are hit and projects run smoothly.
- Setting clear goals for your team that align with our larger project vision—and keeping everyone accountable.
- Developing quarterly plans and regularly updating us on progress. You’ll be the one ensuring everything stays on track.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in set up of investment fund(s) and steering daily operations
- Proven experience running investment operations, especially when it comes to managing and scaling funds.
- Cooperation and/or support of investment companies or investment funds, ideally on international markets
- Experience with fundraising
- Team management experience preferred
- A talent for building strong relationships with key stakeholders and institutional investors.
What we offer:
- An opportunity to lead impactful investment projects in an innovative environment.
- The chance to work with an international team with a proven track record.
- Flexible work location and the autonomy to shape the role.
